Role Summary:
This position is for a Bottle Filler Operator at our facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products are filled and prepared for delivery with the utmost care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bottle filling equipment prior to operation.
- Assemble the filling machinery correctly for optimal performance.
- Operate the filling line for various products throughout the shift.
- Accurately fill and label the designated quantities of quarts and half-gallons as per production requirements.
- Organize and store lids and supplies appropriately.
- Disassemble the filling equipment post-operation for thorough cleaning.
- Rinse and prepare all components for cleaning in the CIP tank.
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning of the filling machine and product tanks, both internally and externally.
- Hand wash all product valves and bottle guides to ensure hygiene standards.
- Regularly clean the bottle track and maintain cleanliness of walls and floors.
- Perform weekly deep cleaning of all equipment.

This role will also involve cross-training in various production functions, promoting teamwork and flexibility within the production environment.

Work Schedule:
This position operates Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
