Job Description

In this role as a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues and concerns.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Being part of a high-performing team that delivers excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Identifying member needs and assisting members with purchasing decisions
• Resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, including an hourly wage range of $20.00 to $27.00*, as well as performance-based incentive awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Health benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage. Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Requirements

A valid state-issued driver's license and being at least 18 years old are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in the auto service industry and retail experience.
