Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at our Quad clinic in Sussex, WI. As a Primary Care Specialist, you will work closely with a tight-knit team to provide exceptional on-site Primary Care to our patients. Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct health education and wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Master's Degree level Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and National Board Certification
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care
- NPI & DEA
- Background in working with pediatric patients a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- A practice based on quality of care and not productivity
- Commercially insured patient base
- Outpatient only with a preventative medicine focus
- Work-life balance/realistic patient panel size
- Average 40 minute patient appointment times
- EMR–Epic
