Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Knowledge of back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and customers.
  3. Basic math skills to evaluate operational results and make informed decisions.
  4. Proficiency in using restaurant equipment and technology.

We prefer candidates with six months of previous job-related experience and a Food Handler's Permit where required.

This role requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds. You will work in a climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to temperature extremes.
