About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Massage Therapist in an upscale spa environment. We are seeking a highly trained professional who can provide consistent, high-quality services in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable about spa services and products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation and sterilization standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Oregon state license preferred.
  • Proficiency in various massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy, Lomi Lomi, and Reiki.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
