Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.
- Support facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Manage resources related to patient care effectively.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Experience in CVOR setting preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
