  • Preferred IICRC Certification, though not mandatory.
  • Utilization of remediation and drying equipment, along with company vehicles.
  • Possession of a valid and insurable driver's license.
  • Proficiency with mobile devices for operational tasks.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a strong desire to assist others.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work on-call hours as required (Ready5 Restoration operates 24/7).

Supervisory Role:

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Preferred experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and fire/mold remediation: 2-3 years.

Language Proficiency:

Ability to read and understand basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Capable of writing simple correspondence and effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret data in various formats.

Reasoning Skills:

Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables.

Physical Requirements:

  • Medium labor requirements; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to work in various physical positions and environments.
  • Willingness to work in challenging conditions, including heights and outdoor weather.
  • Ability to handle fumes and airborne particles safely, with provided training and equipment.
  • Travel to job sites necessitates safe vehicle operation.
