Occupational Health Nurse

Job Summary:

This Registered Nurse will provide onsite nursing services at multiple Manitowoc employer locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general patient care and demonstrate leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Medicine is preferred.
  • Associate degree in Nursing is required, COHN or COHN-S is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and Standards of Practice for Occupational Health Nurses.
  • Working knowledge of all equipment used in assessing and providing primary health care.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.
