**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Residential Staff to join our team at Chrysalis. As a key member of our residential program, you will be responsible for providing direct services to our clients with disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain client health and well-being by assisting with medical appointments, administering medication, and promoting healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Develop, implement, and report on individualized PCPs to ensure our clients receive tailored support and services.
  • Oversee behavior plans and supervision guidelines to ensure they are followed, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all.
  • Plan and prepare meals that meet the dietary needs of our clients, promoting healthy eating habits and nutritional awareness.
  • Teach basic finance skills, such as budgeting and money management, to help our clients achieve financial independence.

**Requirements:**

  • 20 years of age or older, high school diploma or equivalent, and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Good judgment and crisis management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Estimated Salary:** The annual salary for this position is approximately $52,000 - $62,000, based on experience and qualifications.
