Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Structural Fitter to join our construction team at Allison Offshore Services LLC.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in offshore construction and a strong background in structural fitting and fabrication. They will be responsible for setting up and operating hand and power tools, participating in JSA's and safety processes, and providing personal tools.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Offshore Structural Fitter to work on a rotation schedule with opportunities for career growth and development.

The successful candidate will be required to have recent offshore construction experience, prior structural fitter/fabrication experience, and a proven track record of safe work habits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate hand and power tools common to trade
  • Participate in JSA's and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes
  • Conduct behavioral based safety observations
  • Provide personal tools
Requirements
  • Recent Offshore Construction experience
  • Prior Structural Fitter/Fabrication experience
  • Layout, fit, install and assemble in accordance with plans
  • Experience using safe work habits
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, 401 K plan, and short and long term disability.

Valid TWIC card is required and candidates must pass pre-placement physical exam, lift capacity evaluation, pre-employment drug and alcohol test, and successfully enroll in DISA.
