RESPONSABILIDADES:
Horario de trabajo: 75% FTE, turnos de tarde/noche con rotación de fin de semana y festivos una vez cada tres semanas. Ofrecemos un salario inicial competitivo, se considerará la experiencia laboral relevante, y esta posición incluye un diferencial por turno y fin de semana. Trabajará en UW Hospital & Clinics.
Buscamos un Enfermero Registrado:
- Trabajar en una unidad de cuidados intermedios y críticos de neurología con 12 camas, atendiendo a pacientes tanto de ICU como de IMC. Las intervenciones pueden incluir goteos vasoactivos, monitoreo hemodinámico, tubos de alimentación, drenajes, evaluaciones frecuentes, entre otros.
- Atender una variedad de pacientes neurológicos y neuroquirúrgicos, incluyendo accidentes cerebrovasculares isquémicos y hemorrágicos, lesiones cerebrales traumáticas, hidrocefalia, aneurismas cerebrales y otras enfermedades neurovasculares.
- Participar en la gobernanza compartida, con un consejo basado en la unidad para ayudar a apoyar e impulsar iniciativas de mejora de calidad y liderar cambios en la práctica.
- Colaborar con un equipo dinámico de enfermeras que son parte integral de nuestros programas de neurociencia reconocidos a nivel nacional, comprometidos con proporcionar atención experta.

Seis (6) meses de experiencia en enfermería o participante actual en el Programa de Residencia de Enfermería de UW Health con finalización exitosa de la Orientación de Residencia de Enfermería en unidad/unidad similar.
Requerido * eICU:
Dos (2) años de experiencia en enfermería Requerido * Experiencia RN Relevante Preferida Licencias y Certificaciones Mínimas
- Registro como enfermero profesional en el Estado de Wisconsin.
