Key Responsibilities- Collect and prepare specimens for testing, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Perform various laboratory tests, evaluating results according to predefined criteria
- Report and record test results in the laboratory information system
- Maintain equipment, instruments, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a chemical/physical/biological or other life science
- Relevant generalist clinical laboratory experience within the last five years
- National Registration as an MLS(ASCP)cm, MT(ASCP), or equivalent
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, patients, and vendors
