Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for X-ray examinations, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Operate X-ray machines and other imaging equipment, maintaining accurate exposure factors and positioning patients correctly.
- Position patients and select exposure factors accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure patient safety during X-ray procedures, following established safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of patient exams and images, providing clear and concise documentation.
- Interpret images and provide preliminary diagnosis to physicians, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
