We are currently seeking skilled drivers for our paratransit service, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to the disabled community.

- Provide safe and efficient curb-to-curb transportation for passengers.
- Ensure passenger safety by securing them properly and assisting with vehicle entry and exit.
- Greet passengers, manage fare payments, and maintain a secure environment.
- Report all incidents, accidents, and mechanical issues accurately.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Valid Chauffeur License for the state of Michigan and a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 21 years for insurance purposes.
- At least 5 years of driving experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- 10% of work is performed indoors in climate-controlled environments.
- 90% of work is conducted outdoors.
- Physical activities include climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and assisting passengers, requiring the ability to lift or handle substantial weight.
- Frequent exposure to varying weather conditions while performing job duties.
