Job Title: Environmental Services Technician

Auburn Homes & Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Environmental Services Technician to join our team. As an Environmental Services Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident living spaces, common areas, and other assigned areas.
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and equipment to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
  • Perform laundry and ironing services for residents as needed.
  • Restock supplies and equipment in work areas as needed.
  • Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and stored at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively with residents, coworkers, and visitors.
  • Ability to take direction, prioritize duties, and organize work with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
