Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Python Software Architect who can lead our product delivery team and work closely with product owners to advance technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology and be able to leverage their professional experience to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the product delivery team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project Management: Work closely with product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure that projects are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews and ensure that all code meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Have a strong background in Python programming and experience with Django ORM and Django REST Framework.
  • Database Expertise: Have experience with database optimization techniques, including indexing, clustering, and sharding, and be familiar with PostgreSQL.
  • Cloud Computing: Have experience with cloud computing environments, including AWS.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and Management: Have experience in leading and managing technical teams, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional Experience: Have additional experience in leading and managing technical teams, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in OLAP: Have expertise in OLAP or other big data query technology, including ClickHouse and Elasticsearch.
  • Expertise in Kafka: Have expertise in Kafka or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Data Replication: Have experience with data replication technologies and redundancy to ensure High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
  • Experience with Relational Database Schema: Have experience with relational database schema and tools for management.
  • Familiarity with React JS: Have familiarity with React JS framework and full-stack development.
