Job Summary

This Frontline Mobility Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Enterprise Mobility Inc in Asheville, NC. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is also essential. Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Communicate rental terms and conditions clearly and concisely
  • Assist customers with their rental needs and provide additional support as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Able to work one of two available schedules
