Job DescriptionWe are seeking registered nurses (RNs) and licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) to join our team in providing private duty shifts to adult and pediatric patients. As a Maxim nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including homes, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and satisfaction
