We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Business Consultant to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business users and technical teams, ensuring that our Artificial Intelligence solutions and underlying data assets effectively address business problems and deliver expected value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary business point of contact for certain EBS AI solutions and data assets, gathering and analyzing user feedback to optimize AI solution usage and adoption.
  • Develop success criteria and cost-benefit analyses for certain AI solutions and data assets, owning business requirements for AI solutions and data quality requirements for data assets.
  • Provide technical teams with business requirements and CBA analysis for new features, coordinating user testing related to technical feature development and monitoring AI solution performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or AI/ML project management.
