Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loader I to join our team at Waterfront Brands. As a Loader I, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and working collaboratively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Operate a forklift and other equipment as needed
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Forklift certification

Working Conditions:

As a Loader I, you will be working in a warehouse environment and will be exposed to various weather conditions. You will be required to work long hours at times and may be called upon to work in a variety of roles within the warehouse.
