Job Summary

The Keyholder will be responsible for creating a cohesive work environment that inspires engagement of associates, possessing the UNTUCKit CORE values, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters associate engagement and motivation.
  • Execute UNTUCKit University training and participate in daily chat-in activities to ensure knowledge of products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assess customers' needs, and offer assistance and information on product features.
  • Maintain a tidy sales floor, stock room, and ensure the store is open and closed efficiently.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options, and cross-sell products to enhance sales.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and contribute to brand decisions with customer feedback and observations.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Associate with a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems, and solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focus, ability to work in the store alone, and flexible with scheduling.
  • High school degree and Part-Time: Hours may vary.
