Job DescriptionIn this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. This includes implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring and recording patient conditions, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a BLS Provider certification obtained within one month of hire date or job transfer date, an American Heart Association or American Red Cross acceptance, and a Registered Nurse credential from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additionally, you must have a diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
