Server Position at Seasoned

We are seeking a skilled and experienced server to join our team at Seasoned, a fine dining establishment located in the heart of the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other servers to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, wine, and other beverages to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fine dining environment, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including lunch and dinner, and to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and other beverages, with the ability to make recommendations and provide pairing suggestions.
