Fit Expert Requirements

  • Dependability and availability for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; seasoned sales professionals (10+ years) are preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a lively and energetic environment.
  • The ability to make customers feel valued and appreciated.
  • A desire to lead by example and inspire those around you to excel.

Sales Lead Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • At least 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred; seasoned sales professionals (10+ years) are preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, including excellent customer service behaviors, urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and effective decision-making.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Openness to feedback and adaptability to changing priorities.
