Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services. As a key member of our Supply Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies to our facilities across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping supplies
* Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies
* Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce loss and improve efficiency
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required stock items
* Develop and implement reports to reflect productivity and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field
* Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
