IT Infrastructure Director

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our data center and active directory management teams. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct team members.

The estimated salary for this position is $103,350 - $116,936 annually, plus excellent benefits. Key responsibilities include:

• Leveraging technical expertise to drive strategic decisions and guide team members
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices for data center and active directory administration
• Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and methodologies

Required skills and qualifications include:

• BA/BS in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or related fields
• 5-7 years of experience in network operations, data center management, desktop and server support in a Windows Server enterprise environment
• At least 3 years of technical expertise with Active Directory
