Interventional Radiology Technologist Position

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Wellspring Nurse Source. Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to interventional radiology, including preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Key Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including explaining procedures and obtaining informed consent
- Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units, to produce high-quality images
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring proper disposal of waste
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interventional radiology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
