Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital inpatient setting, outpatient clinic, or mental health clinic.
  • Perform a range of skilled nursing duties, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Vocational Nurse Program.
  • Possession of a valid California Vocational Nurse's License.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Intravenous Therapy (I.V.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a hospital inpatient setting, outpatient clinic, or mental health clinic.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and healthcare software.
