Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hyatt Regency Orange County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of room attendants to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Organize and coordinate colleague schedules, training, and motivation to achieve optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of private and public areas to maintain tidiness and cleanliness.
  • Manage payroll, resolve guest complaints, and perform general office duties.
  • Counsel and interview colleagues as needed to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • Good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
