Dialysis Clinic Registered Nurse

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Clinic Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and providing dialysis treatment to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth and development. As a Dialysis RN, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of hemodialysis patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-care and independence.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient progress and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred but not required).
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred but not required).
- Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
