Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Morgantown Care & Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.

You will also be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and operating in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
  • Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
Requirements
  • Active LPN license in the state of residence
  • Current/active CPR Certification
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
