Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any concerns to supervising staff.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents.
Requirements for the Job
  • Current Connecticut CNA certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
