Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Georgia Restaurant Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and seating them promptly and courteously
- Answering phone calls and taking orders for To-Go
- Preparing and packaging To-Go orders
- Providing excellent communication skills and maintaining a positive attitude
- Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have good communication skills, be able to lift 25-50 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours. You should also be able to use motion, which entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
