Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Set daily and weekly sales goals, oversee sales activities, and monitor results to ensure revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Oversee collections activities, follow up on accounts, and provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Leadership: Manage store resources, ensure compliance with company policies, and protect company assets through expense management and inventory control.

Requirements
  • At least 35 years of retail or management experience.
  • Completion of Rent-A-Center's Store Manager Development Program during the training period.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
  • A valid state driver's license and good driving record.
