At Lake Fenton Management, we're seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Arby's. As a key member of our Meatcraft team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding our Company Core Values.
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in the restaurant or retail industry, with a minimum of six months to one year of experience.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to upholding our Company Core Values.
- Able to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profit goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
