At Northfield Retirement Community, we're committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Resident Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Administer medication and check vital signs as needed
  • Engage with residents in a person-centered approach, promoting dignity and respect
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
  • Prior nursing or medical experience required
