Cardiology NP/PA

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Cardiology team at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND. As a key member of our Heart and Vascular team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the Heart Failure team to manage the continuum of care for patients with heart failure, resulting in exceptional patient outcomes.
- Participate in outreach and telemedicine services, providing care to patients in regional locations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in cardiology to provide evidence-based care.
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelors or Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the appropriate state (if NP); will need ND & MN licensure.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the appropriate state; will need ND & MN licensure.
- Current certification in CPR and national certification in applicable area.
- Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
