About Norman Regional Health System

Norman Regional Health System is a community hospital system nestled at the Southern border of the Oklahoma City metro area, known for its innovative cardiovascular program.

We are looking for a skilled Registered Technologist to join our team and expand our cardiovascular program. Our state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower features three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
  • Identify and assess patient condition, preparing and positioning them for care.
  • Maintain a sterile environment.
Professional Development
  • Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
  • Orient new staff members.
  • Use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.
Qualifications and Education
  • Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months.
  • Meet all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months.
  • Graduate of a 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program or military program with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility.
  • Current RCIS certification preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training required prior to providing patient care.
Compensation and Benefits

$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
