Position Details- Specialty: Surgical Technologist
- Discipline: Allied Health Professional
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
The Surgical Technologist will:
- Prepare surgical environments for procedures.
- Ensure sterilization of instruments and availability of necessary supplies.
- Assist in preparing patients for surgery, including sanitizing incision sites.
- Support surgeons during operations by providing instruments and sterile supplies as required.
- Exhibit flexibility in travel to various assignment locations.
- Adapt to the facility's scheduling requirements.
- Complete onboarding processes promptly.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly acclimate to new settings while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Applicants should possess:
- At least 1 year of acute care experience in an operating room setting.
- An active Surgical Technician license/certification may be required.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
