Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Stafford, VA. As a Physical Therapist with Fox Rehabilitation, you'll have the opportunity to provide proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver geriatric house calls to older adults, providing personalized therapy and support
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, leveraging evidence-based practices and continuous education
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements

Requirements
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification
