Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring precision and adherence to established accounting principles and protocols.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Conduct thorough financial analysis to pinpoint trends, discrepancies, and potential enhancements.
4. Prepare and document accruals and other adjusting entries to guarantee accurate and timely financial reporting.
5. Strong systems orientation - experience with ERP Implementation is advantageous.
6. Assist in the formulation and execution of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

2. At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a proven record in managing general ledger functions, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and managing accruals.
3. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly valued.
4. Strong understanding of GAAP and other pertinent accounting standards and regulations.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
6. Exceptional analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
7. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Strong organizational capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, committed to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
