Position Details

  • Full-Time Position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Develop and present technical proposals, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Initiate solution installations.
  • Establish and nurture a trusted advisor relationship with current clients and prospects to identify needs, gather requirements, and design effective solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in IT products and services to evaluate existing IT solutions that may be outdated or non-functional, and design customized solutions based on client specifications.
  • Oversee the implementation process of solutions, from initial site assessments and proposal development to project initiation meetings, quality assurance, and ongoing account management.
  • Design tailored technical solutions that align with the client's long-term goals and technological requirements, ensuring both feasibility and practicality.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, drawings, and deliverables, including a detailed scope of work and technical approach.
  • Contribute to the preparation of RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, bid coordination, prospect qualification, discovery sessions, technical discussions, and design proposals.
  • Support efforts to build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-sales meetings with clients to showcase the technical advantages of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to successful implementation and service delivery.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Veterans are encouraged to apply.
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT solutions engineering or related fields, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing IT solutions.
  • Experience with government contracting and an understanding of the unique requirements and regulations associated with government projects.
  • Proficiency in network infrastructure and security, with hands-on experience in networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure design.
  • Experience in systems integration, ensuring smooth operations within government environments.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
