Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Complete Care at Hillside, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, along with flexible shift options including a shift differential for evening hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, ambulation, and positioning.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations while performing duties.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisory staff.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.

Licensure:
Must possess an active CNA certification.
