About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our 22-bed adult ICU. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for critically ill patients with neurological diagnoses, such as neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury.

Responsibilities
  • Care for patients with complex comorbidities and multisystem organ involvement
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • Engage in unit-based research efforts recognized globally
  • Work flexible/unit-based schedules that do not require floating to other units

Requirements
  • BSN is preferred
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required
  • Neuro and critical care experience are preferred, but candidates with experience in general acute care and demonstrating a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty will also be considered
  • This position requires you to work a day/night rotation shift
  • Ideal candidate has 2 years recent acute care RN experience, new grad RN's will not be considered
