Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to join our team at Dexian. As a Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research investigations, analyzing data, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lab scale aerosol package filling and testing
- Perform aerosol package physical property and product bulk/propellant ratio combination testing
- Capture critical data and report monthly findings to key stakeholders
- Maintain communication with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met
- Identify and report workflow improvements
- Write progress reports and provide technical support in meetings
- Design and execute research investigations consistent with sound scientific principles
- Presentation of information in a coherent and accurate manner
- Application of statistical analysis procedures and technical tools
- Demonstrating ability to take initiative, think independently, and problem-solve
Requirements:
- Experience with Sun care product development - formulation and packaging protocols
- Basic understanding of product/process/consumer based research as a scientific discipline
- Ability to frame internal customer needs into actionable studies
- Ability to coordinate projects including design, execution, analysis, and reporting
- Basic proficiency in applying and developing methodologies
- Ability to function as a collaborating team member in a business environment

0% travel required. Work space definition (lab). Exposure to health risks or conditions that may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
