**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at The Lackman, a unique bar experience owned by Four Entertainment Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting craft cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beers, and wines to guests
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our menu, including beer, wine, and liquor offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with management, servers, and barbacks to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience
  • Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate with teammates, management, and guests
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor, including craft beer and cocktail preparation
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
