Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at KGH Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ABA treatment programs for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care.
  • Provide family guidance and support based on clinical recommendations.
  • Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion).
  • Strong understanding of advanced ABA principles and practices.
