Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the analyst functions of the investment process, ensuring seamless execution
  • Review underwriting, investment memos, and lead due diligence/closing efforts
  • Pursue co-sourcing relationships with principals, brokers, lenders, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate directly with lenders to source and evaluate optimal debt capital for each opportunity
  • Develop and present financial models, underwriting, and presentations to senior management
  • Maintain acquisition funnels, deal databases, and compile market data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
  • Minimum three years of professional real estate underwriting experience, preferably in multifamily
  • Expertise in real estate valuation processes, cash flow analysis, and return on investment principles
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; quantitative and analytical abilities a must
