- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.
- Certificate in Post-High School Vocational/Specialized Training
- 1 year of relevant experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
