">Job Summary
">We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team as a full-time RN. This role requires a licensed nurse with experience in providing direct care to residents and supervising nursing assistants.
">Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this position is approximately $35.00 per hour, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), Medical Benefits, DailyPay, Reduced Cost Lunches, Awards and Recognition Programs, Scholarship Opportunity, Company Discount Program, Referral Program, and Retirement Savings Account.
">Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:
">- ">
- Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and ensuring the accuracy of narcotic records.">
- Supervising the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and making written and oral reports/recommendations concerning their activities.">
- Completing and filing required recordkeeping forms/charts upon resident admission, transfer, and/or discharge.">
- Receiving telephone orders from physicians and recording them on the Physicians' Order Form.">
- Transcribing physician's orders to resident charts, cardex, medication cards, treatment/care plans, as required.">
- Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program. A Florida State RN license is also required. Additionally, applicants must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.
